At Adlivetech, Junior Programmer is part of the Technical Team and will report to IT Manager. He/she would be responsible for the following tasks.

  • Assist the development team with all aspects of the software design and coding
  • Develop codes based on the business requirements using programming languages and data base technologies
  • Analyze the design and code of applications and create technical documentation
  • Support the technical design process by analyzing the requirements.
  • Evaluate existing applications and performing updates and modifications
  • Perform application testing and working on minor bug fixes

Requirements

  • Any Graduate Degree. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred.
  • to 2 years of relevant programming experience
  • Basic programming knowledge
  • Knowledge of basic coding languages including WordPress ,laravel , squarespace . designing ,webflow , wix.
  • Knowledge of database and operating systems.
  • Good working knowledge of email systems and Microsoft Office Software.
  • Ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.

Pay Scale –

12k to 20k

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Graphic Designer. The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, designing logos, working on branding projects, and utilizing typography. The role may also involve collaborating with other team members and clients to create visually appealing designs. The Junior Graphic Designer will work closely with the design team and follow the company’s design guidelines and best practices.

Qualifications

Proficiency in graphics, graphic design, and logo design
Must able to work on Designing tools like figma.
Experience with branding and typography
Strong creativity and ability to think visually
Knowledge of design software and tools
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense
Understanding of current design trends and best practices
Experience with web design and responsive design is a must.

At Adlivetech, IT Team Leader is the important part of the organisation. He/she would be responsible for the following tasks.

  • Delegate duties and tasks within the team.
  • Ability to listen to his team members and communicate instructions effectively.
  • Review completed tasks to ascertain compliance with standards.
  • Monitor all team members and provide necessary advice and guidance.
  • Perform periodic risk assessments and initiate risk control strategies.
  • Coach all team members and motivate them to produce desired results.
  • Organize regular trainings to teach team members new techniques and methods.
  • Perform regular IT audit to discover areas of weaknesses and fortify them.
  • Work alongside other departments to achieve company goals and visions.
  • Provide solution to any complex IT related challenges in the organization.
  • Perform regular appraisal of team member’s performance and devise strategies to help with improvement.
  • Carry out in-depth research to reveal new and better methods of handling functions within the department.

 

 

Requirements

  • Knowledge of languages WordPress ,laravel , squarespace . designing ,webflow , wix, PHP, Frame works, Node.JS.
  • Knowledge of database and operating systems.
  • Ability to lead, direct and control team members.
  • Ability to handle multiple jobs at the same time.
  • Excellent presentation skills.

Ability to take proactive steps in managing problems.

Pay Scale – 

40k to 55k

  • Generate New Business opportunities through online Bidding Portals Such as Upwork, PPH, Freelancer,Elance, etc. New platforms are welcomed.
  • Proficient In Proposal – Must be proficient in Proposal writing, keeping follow ups, requirement gathering, communication link between the development team & clients
  • Should be comfortable with self-start of Online bidding, follow-ups, with offshore clients.
  • Analyzing Skills – Ability to sense clients’ Challenges, identify problems from the job description and be able to propose solutions for the same.
  • Should be able to identify new sales leads

Requirements :

  • Must have excellent written and verbal skills, IT fluency.
  • 1 to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Should be proficient in Proposal Writing after analyzing the client’s requirements.
  • Must be comfortable in emailing/chatting with the client over Skype
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers. To research organizations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.

Pay Scale –

25k to 60k
